Welcome to 1win2u, a digital entertainment platform operating under the domain 1win2u.ws. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and the 1win2u management.

Eligibility requirements to register a 1win2u account:

• A valid Malaysian citizen or resident, or an individual accessing the platform from a permitted region.
• Have never previously been banned from using 1win2u services due to any breach of terms.
• Not currently enrolled in an active voluntary self-exclusion programme.

• Full name as per your Malaysian identity card (MyKad).
• An active Malaysian mobile number for OTP verification.
• A valid and active email address.

1win2u reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of your MyKad, a Malaysian utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and any other documents deemed necessary. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or closure of your account.

Any attempt to deposit using another person's credit card or bank account will result in the transaction being declined and the account being investigated.

Withdrawal terms and procedures at 1win2u:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per request.

• Bonus balances that have not met the rollover requirement may not be withdrawn until that requirement is fulfilled.

General bonus principles at 1win2u:
